It starts with a kickoff meeting that's all about you – your business, your competitors, the problems you're facing, the issues keeping you up at night.
We define your business, define the problem or challenge you've come to us
with, and define the goals of our project. Then we put a plan together. This is crucial in ensuring that we're on the same page as you are – and that we understand your expectations. We'll develop a creative brief that will put in writing what we're setting out to do, who we want to speak to, what we want them to think or do, and how we'll measure success. It's what we judge the project against. Having a consensus on the brief ensures that both of us are speaking the same language and headed towards the same objective.
