– and that we understand your expectations. We'll develop a creative
brief that will put in writing what we're setting out to do, who we
want to speak to, what we want them to think or do, and how we'll measure
success. It's what we judge the project against. Having a consensus
on the brief ensures that both of us are speaking the same language
and headed towards the same objective.
